We have installed in parallel to the old site design, a new design of the site, with a different wallpaper, different navigation bars, a different look of the carousels, using the new version 4 of Bootstrap.

Opinions and suggestions are welcome.

After this last intervention, we should be able to document the continuation of the installations made on the machines: Stretch version of Debian, passage to version 4 of Symfony.
